I guess you expect a lot when you get to see a real doctor instead of a PA these days. When you bring a problem you regard as very serious and the professional offers zero help or hope? That's kind of a surprise. When the professional also does not seem to mind one way or the other? Dermatologists often give the impression they would rather be on a glamor botox call than stuck addressing a boring skin disease. Typical, really. But outstanding? No. And this on a "Cadillac" insurance plan.
