If you don't like for anyone to get back with you this is your Doctors Office. The staff is either overworked and understaffed or they just don't care. On multiple occasions I have called multiple times and no response to my messages, I have to call them back in 48 hours and they always say the same thing we call back everyone within 24 hours... Dr Thomas is very nice but she really needs to rethink her staff situation.
