Before joining the Alliance Orthopedics team, Dr. Chang began his career as the medical director at Monmouth Pain & Rehabilitation Center in 2011. In 2014, he opened his own practice, JKC Pain Mgt LLC, where he still sees patients today. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
