Great doctor. Impossible to get an appt when you are sick.
I don't need a doctor often but when I do, it is for something that typically cannot wait: bladder infection, sinus infection, broken bone, etc. The first time I called and got an appt 2 days later because I was a new patient. Fair enough. The second time I called to get an appt, I kept getting voice mail. I finally went down to the office in person since it is literally a 3 minute drive. The receptionist had forgotten to turn off the after hours phone messaging. The office opened at 8am....
