Average wait time for me was 2.5 hours. Refused to answer any questions during her interview on first visit. Second visit for her health plan for me was horrendous. Did not answer any questions that we had asked her about my health on the initial visit, that she would not answer the first time allowed me one question with her hand on the door handle and when I could not understand her answer asked tech to talk with me and walked off. Save you money and your time.
