Doctor Peterson is an exceptional young doctor but unfortunately has surrounded himself with an office staff that hurts is ability to run a reputable practice. His Office Manager is argumentative with clients and even hangs up on them. Billing can be questionable as well. Be also prepared for cancellations and reschedules. They seem to occur quite often. She even went as far as cussing on the phone (at a client). Still in shock by the poor customer service.
