While Dr. Fu was amenable and caring during the 2 visits I had, her administrative follow up leaves much to desire. I had to wait for over 3 months to get the special soles she recommended, never got any phone call from her office during that time, and when I eventually got them, the soles were 2 sizes too big for my shoes. Worst, I was expected to pay the consultation fee when I went to have them fitted. Needless to say I won't recommend Dr. Fu in the future.
