I can only say awesome things about Dr. Penning! I actually told him I loved him before I left after my second check-up! I had disc replacements in c-5 and c-6 and he cured the spasms that were incapacitating me for a year! I highly recommend him! Of the 5 doctors I seen in the year leading up to my first visit with him NOT ONE of the Dr's asked me anywhere near the number or kind of questions he asked. He fought with the insurance company for me cause they only wanted to pay for fusion surgery
