Dr. Bonnin is a good doctor with the worst staff I have ever encountered. The wait time was about 2 hours for a routine exam. Not up to date in technology, it is impossible to get a prescription refilled or get any services if you don't have your record number in hand. Plus, they only accept cash. As a new patient, nobody explained extra charges beyond the co-pay, so I had to go to the bank to get extra money. Also, the doctor went on vacation and no one could take care of a refill while she was away, causing great inconvenience. I am not coming back to this otherwise fine doctor.
