Besides dealing with the incredibly rude staff (or I guess I should say Dr Purtzer's Wife and assistant so nothing will ever be done about her attitude) when I wasn't in shock over how I was being treated by everyone in this strange office including Dr. Purtzer, I was always being asked to fill out paperwork that I had previously filled out or asked to pay a fee that I had already paid. And they aren't nice about asking and even have gone as far as telling me I was just trying to get a free office visit out of them 'gasp!' BUT I had my receipt so that was that and I haven't been back after that. Apparently you couldn't pay me to go back to that place.
