My appointment was a very good experience from the front desk Intake, to the staff interaction and with Dr. Hazelton.
Dr. Hazelton came highly recommended. He was very professional but made me feel at ease. He was thorough and explained my condition, the surgery procedure and aftercare. As anyone facing surgery is anxious, I am confident knowing I am in good hands with Dr. Hazelton.

Satisfactory
I never really feel like I am getting the details of info that I want. Like specific numbers vs “ doing well.” I was told that he would go over all the specifics and details virtually, as they appeared on the screen. But he didn’t. Said hello virtually then came in to look at my eyes. I’m used to more interaction and information exchange. Lara, on the other hand was wonderful!

Everything was good Wouldn’t go to any other doctor
Everything went smooth mrs Kelly was great answered all of my additional questions must’ve called her four times since I got home I really appreciate her answering my questions and said I could call her anytime as many times as I need to

Would have liked to have more of an explanation of what he saw when he examined my eyes. He said it looked good, but I would have liked him to explain what was good in detail

Quick and easy really.
He explained what he was going to do to each eye during surgery. In the follow ups at the office he looked at my eyes and said they were healing well and everyone looked really good. Not a lot else to do.
