TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT RETURN CALLS, WILL NOT TAKE CALLS FROM 12-2:00PM, DO NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES, WILL REFUSE AN APPOINTMNET UNLESS PAID BY CASH. I VISITED THE DR. ON 9/8/11 AFTER HAVING FALLEN IN THE TUB (58 YEARS OLD), AND MET DR. TO TELL HIM THAT I WOULD RUN OUT OF MY REGULAR MEDS 2 DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE DUE TO INJURIES, AND HIS RESPONSE WAS TO "CUT DOWN". I COULDN'T WORK FOR 3 DAYS, AND WAS SUFFERING, BUT HE DIDN'T CARE. THIS IS A REALLY CHEAP OUTFIT! IT'S ALL BOTTOM LINE...

Dr. Ben-Roohi is an excellent, well-rounded physician. Unlike other doctors I have visited who seem uninterested in my personal opinions and experiences, Dr. Ben-Roohi actually listens to what I have to say. His treatments are effective, and you don't get that feeling of helplessness, or "my way or the highway" feeling that many doctors convey these days. Thanks Dr. Ben-roohi!
