After multiple phone calls and waiting for weeks, we are still unable to obtain the necessary information from Dr. Trimble's office to send to a speciality clinc for heart surgery. While Dr. Trimble is very friendly and has good bedside manner his office has been unwilling or unable to take the initiative to overnight needed information for an important surgery.
