Her work at Rockefeller focuses on the development and evaluation of novel HIV therapeutic and preventive modalities. Dr. Caskey has led several clinical trials of HIV vaccines and vaccine adjuvants, as well as passive transfer of anti-HIV broadly neutralizing antibodies. In parallel to her research at Rockefeller, she continues to provide care at Weill Cornell-Presbyterian as an infectious diseases consultant in the in- and outpatient settings. She performs general infectious diseases consultative services in the in- and outpatient settings.
