The doctor is very personable, warm, friendly and answers all my questions. He always remembers me and my problems. My appointments are never rushed because he takes the time to evaluate and discuss my problems as long as necessary. He is my #1 top thyroid doctor.

Bad doctor!
Was there on a routine visit, a scheduled appointment when the assistant told me I didn't have blood work done. I told her I wasn't aware I needed more blood work done as it was just done 3 months ago and was fine. I also told her that I had questions from other test results that I would like to show him and discuss. He refused to see or speak to me, I sent the assistant there several times to tell him I had questions and he would not see me. It is not acceptable to have your doctor refuse to see you when he is aware that you as his patient have questions. Especially when you are there on a scheduled appointment. I was able to collect his co-pay tho!
If you are looking for a doctor who cares about you not the insurance payments then this is not the doctor for you.
The office is not real clean and the staff is not real friendly.
