Had an appointment with Dr. Slovek at 10:30, ask to arrive 15 min. early to fill out paperwork (which had already been done). Waited for an hour to see the Dr. In a very crowded waiting room being subjected to the Drs. religious beliefs through T.V and reading material.
The Dr. had not read over my chart or any of the submitted information. I was asked by he and his staff about the pain in my right hip. Had to explain 4 times to 4 different people that it was my left hip.
