Great listener, plain spoken (She doesn't like a doctor, she sounds like she's just people) without complicated medical terms getting thrown at you, makes eye contact, isn't judgy, and she is very serious about being on time. She does tell you that, on occasion, she may have had a patient ahead of you who was in crisis and required a bit more time- and asks you please be patient about it because someday, it might you who needs a little more time, and she will give you that little bit more time.
