The office staff has been very nice but Dr. Vacek really has the worst communication skills. He never calls back when I have questions about a diagnosis. He prefers to ignore requests that he would rather not deal with. He seems to only be interested in you when you present a situation that he can bill for, versus provide any sort of education.
