Conducted appointment with Indian accent. Secretary was rude and abrupt. Difficult to get a person on phone to make appointment. Had to wait very long and listen to secretary (nancy) make phone calls regarding patients that should have been handled in privacy. Got to hear names, prescriptions, insurance/billing, illness, etc. Very unprofessional. Doctor was to call pharmacy with prescription - never did - even after several reminder phone calls and having the pharmacist call several times!...
