If I could give zero stars I would. One of the most unfeeling, insensitive doctors I have ever been to. Dr. Radon used to be part of the practice that I use (whom I love!). Was a patient for 3 years when at my last annual I thought I had an infection so they swabbed me. I got a bill that said I hadn't paid my copay. When I faxed my receipt they called my home, work and cell within 30 minutes to say that I had been charged for 2 visits because the swab should have been a separate appt.
