She made my children feel at ease as well as me. She takes the time to talk over every little detail of what is the problem so you can make a choice of what to do.

PATIENT
I am a patient of Family Care (for at least 13 years). Dr. Cheri Johnston was my doctor for years. When she left, I switched to Dr. Ylitalo. I have tolerated her because she is my female doc. She uses her laptop the whole time I am in her company. Answers to my questions come from that computer. I believe she sent me to a pain management center to deal with something she should have taken care of herself. The pain center doctor was sooo disrespectful. I do not suggest her as your doctor.
