The second attempt at a ventral hernia repair appears to be failing. He uses glue to close the incision and it does not hold. The first repair was botched so badly that other doctors said "He broke it, he can fix it." and refused to touch it. After 18 months of an oozing wound and infection, he finally decided to attempt the repair.
