Dr. Jody Banister, MD

Dr. Jody Bannister is a great physician and I really like being her patient. However, I have had very poor experiences with the nursing staff. This office does a very poor job of returning phone calls and treats callers with disrespect. I would see Jody if she worked with caring and compassionate nurses, but I have had to switch physicians due to the poor communication and rude treatment given by the nursing staff.

I have never dealt with a worse/more unprofessional staff than I have at Dr. Banister's office. Jody as a Doctor is good at what she does, but my family and I stopped using her services several months ago because of the poor service we recieve from the nurses/receptionist who answer the phone. Dr. Banister is professional and takes your symptoms seriously.
