She had not gotten any lab reports,mri reports, dr notes of any kind and went only what I could tell her. Fortunately, I had grabbed a file of mine from home with some of my reports in them, otherwise it would have been a wasted trip. She is a SSM provided so I assumed she could get on "my chart" to review all my records. Either she didn't or couldn't.
