I have been taking my 3 children here for 7+ years. The past 2 years I have experienced nothing but unprofessionalism from the front office. They are rude and speak to patients unprofessionally. Two times I have made appointments for my children, showed up on time for these appointments after I received a recorded phone call a few days prior to, to remind me, only to be told that it was the wrong day and/or time. They were not accommodating in making up for their mistake. They told me, and I quote, "I don't know what you would lie me to do about it."
I would give them zero stars rating if possible.
I will be finding another doctor.
