I have had the WORST experience not with the doctor, but her staff. Especially one person named Mary, she is rude and not willing to assist patients in need of information. She makes you want to change doctors immediately and report her. She takes messages that never make it to the doctor,won't answer your questions. Very rude and won't take insurance! Drove 3 hrs to her office and then she charged 400.00 cash only office charge! She should of told us before coming! Over heard her taking rude about me to her office staff. I was there for 40 min while she did a basic consultation and she. Charged me $400 and i have a great ppo plan.
