Dr's office staff violated the Hippa Act by opening a piece of mail I sent to the Dr. The envelope had large letters that said "Personal and confidential--for Dr. only"
The staff put my letter into my folder and never told him about it. Dr. never saw it until I came for my next offive visit.
When I asked him about it, he just MUMBLED something about letting the office staff deal with it.
The letter was complaints ABOUT certain members of his staff. What are they going to do? Chastise themselv...
