He was supposed to use cadaver bone or my heel graft in my big toe for the bunionectomy. Without the bone or graft my toe would collapse. He DIDN'T use the bone or graft and my toe is now a useless appendage on my foot. I will need another doctor to reconstruct my foot. When he took off the bandage he didn't seem concerned that there was a gaping hole the size of a silver dollar on my foot. Without sanitizing his hands or using gloves he used Steri-strips to cl
