Office staff is very friendly. When she meets with you, she hears everything you say and really listens. Very thorough to make sure you are getting the proper care. Will fight for your care with specialists if they don't take proper care of you. Makes you feel less awkward about seeing a Dr. She doesn't rush through your appt makes you feel like you're the only patient, not part of a busy schedule. Great overall experience.
