This is ridiculous. We have had to wait on basic communication while being in horrific pain. Staff is incredibly rude. Doctor has no bedside manner. If you like being treated like a number or and idiot, if you don't care about timely communication or basic customer service...you will love this practice. Office manager told me "I cannot drop everything I am doing to work on your husbands file. I am very busy." This in response to the 4th phone call in 11 days to verify a surgery date.
