Excellent experience and Results
I had a lower face lift and blepharoplasty. Dr. Chan explained the process to me and recommendations for what I should and shouldn't do. He has a warm personality that is a great calming effect during the process.

I got the exact outcome that I wanted!
Dr. Chan was great! I had somewhat of a unique request in terms of what I wanted and he listened to my goals and concerns for the procedure. He provided me with realistic expectations and has been great at following up after the procedure to make sure my expectations were met. They were! I would recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for cosmetic enhancements. He is a great listener and a great surgeon!

my experience has been lovely.. i appreciate the easy style of communication with both dr. chan and his staff .. everyone i have come into contact with is very professional without being stuffy. i have had a few different procedures and am happy with all of them. i will continue to come back

I wish I would have done this sooner!
After a lot on online research I kept coming back to Reviance. From my initial consult, surgery & follow up the staff and Dr. Chan were amazing. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Chan was very professional, explaining as he went & i had absolutely no discomfort during the procedure. I appreciated the follow up call at home & they responded immediately when I called with a question.I am thrilled with my results and have already received many compliments with knowing what I have had done. I wish I would have done this years ago!

all staff was compassionate during the entire process
From the time of appt, to consultation, to procedure, to follow up all staff was efficient and each reflected support and care for me...during the entire process. I especially appreciated, during the procedure how uneventful it was and how the staff made you feel comfortable. dr Chan has his staff was friendly and all this made my experience something I have shared with my family and friends.

Excellent Care!
I have been seeing Julie S. for a few years for Botox, and decided it was time to take the next step with upper eyelid surgery, UL therapy on my neck, and chin lipo. Everything was well organized from start to finish, recovery and results have been great! I would recommend Dr. Chan and his staff to anyone looking to improve their aesthetic. It's only been a few weeks since my surgery, I'm healing well and getting lots of compliments. The results are natural, I look like I did 20 years ago.

Most Amazing Exerience
I researched many facial plastic surgeons in the Portland area and found Dr. Chan. From the initial consultation to the post op follow up, he and his staff were amazing! And all of my friends have been astonished at the results in such a quick turn around. Complete trust and excellent experience with all staff.
Dr. Chan took time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. After being referred by my ND and researching Dr. Chan, I had utmost confidence and aside from the normal jitters, no worries. His office and surgical staff are professional, kind and caring. Overall, my expectations were exceeded.

Happy with facelift
Was reluctant to undergo surgery but Dr. Chan put me at ease. Was happy with his consultation, explanation of procedure, and surgery. My results are fabulous. He was very thorough, honest, and realistic about the whole process.
Most of my family still don't know that I actually had surgery even though they all know I look better. They think I just got in shape during Covid!

Awesome
Dr. Chan fixed my septum, then I broke my nose and he got me in quickly to fix it again. The second time I had him straighten it and now I can breathe better and have a nicer looking nose.
I referred my wife to him for a facelift and her results are equally amazing.

My first experience with surgery and it was great!

I appreciated the effort Dr Chan and his team devoted to making sure all of my questions were answered before, during and after surgery. Dr Chan listened to my anesthetic concerns and addressed them. Dr. Chan and his staff were amazing. I should have had this procedure done many years ago. I am 46 and have had "droopy" eyelids since I was in my 20s. Dr. Chan is meticulous and detailed. He and his staff are kind and very easy to work with. I would consider Dr. Chan one of the top cosmetic surgeons in the PNW. I highly recommend.

Dr Chan is a perfectionist and helps you look healthy and younger but normal. I totally trust him and his wonderful staff.
I actually saw Jess and Julie for their services the last 2 times. I had fillers, Botox, IPL , and a chemical peel. Just in time for spring/summer. I look so refreshed. I love these ladies and what they do for me.

Expectations exceeded!
Dr. Chan was very thorough in managing my expectation with lip implants considering previous filler use and the size and shape that I was looking to achieve. He was great for follow up when I had a couple stitches pop and got me back in to get things situated. Overall, an awesome experience with a great doc!
