Dr. David Thompson is without a doubt one of the least caring surgeons I have ever dealt with. He likes to discuss his hotel and his wealth at length but your pain 6 months after surgery - not so much. I could go on and on about his 5 minute time allotment for seeing patients or his missed appointments, even the scheduled surgery, but what's the point? He is truly uncaring and inept. He just doesn't care about patients and I wonder why he tries to be a doctor. Six months after he botched my rotator cuff repair I went to a different surgeon that cleaned up the mess Dr Thompson left. The office staff is at the least confused. The billing department is a wonder. They are either just as incompetent as Dr Thompson or they are masters at over billing, double billing and insurance fraud.
