Who is Dr. Coyle, Neurologist in East Setauket, NY?

I decided in my first year of college to become a doctor. I went to a wonderful medical school in Baltimore, with an outstanding Department of Neurology.

After graduation I trained in Neurology, and was Chief Resident in my final year. I then completed a two-year fellowship in Neurovirology and Neuroimmunology. During my fellowship I was an Attending in the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Center one day a week. This was the pretreatment era, before any true therapies. I was making the diagnosis of MS in people my own age. I became fascinated by MS, and made it my career focus. I started the first comprehensive MS center on Long Island. I see patients, but am also involved in MS research and clinical trials. It has been a wonderful journey."
