After hours care and weekend appointments are virtually none exsistent. If you call at night you do not talk to a doctor but instead to a nurse who will almost always tell you to go to the emergency room. Dr fasanello gives a lot of doom and gloom sort of information not really necessary. She is nice but I am looking for new Dr. for my family.
