She has misdiagnosed causing ER care and IP hospital stay. she prescribed the wrong medication! she is not transferring my records to my new doctor...AGAINST THE LAW! She is required by law to do it within 30 days, it has been almost 2 months! she is a poor doctor and doesn't know what she is doing! I almost died under her care!
