I accompanied my 85 year old mother in. She is disabled in a wheelchair and in late stage of Alzheimer's Disease. When doctor was finished the van was late picking her up and 5 o'clock came we found ourselves stranded outside because the staff had to all leave on time. We are lucky there was no mugger outside and it wasn't raining.
Staff is very unprofessional.

I want to advise anyone who is suffering with feet problems to be very aware of his billing practices. He has a little machine that he attaches to your feet for some kind of "whatever"! . this is usually after he has seen you in the 1st room. This "whatever" is not included in your normal bill. It enacted my deductible as though a surgical procedure. EVEN after I had been VERY explicit about wanting to be made aware of costs prior to procedures.
