My wife went to Dr. Garcia complaining of pain in the lower throat area, fever and aches for 3 weeks. He examined her and said she had nothing wrong with her but referred her to a throat specialist.
Upon examination the specialist immediately said my wife had an inflamed thyroid gland, ordered blood work and an ultrasound.

Grossly negligent in his failure to properly diagnose a serious condition and/or make appropriate timely referrals. An absolute disgrace to the Cleveland Clinic.
