Dr Carter is an exellent pain managementdoctor with a phyciatrist on staff also does toxicology tests so its not a pill poppers office and i have to say i like that,.....very professional , caring,.....i can go on and on but rest assured he is a pain specialist and dont play around with pill heads,......takes pain seriously.....
