My experience at Dr. Swinney office have always been positive. He has always been able to fix what ails me. He has great character and is well spoken and is very knowledgeable. He has always been spot on with treatment. I just cant say enough good things about doc. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I've got 2 be honest, he is a good doc. But he is also what u expect in a tiny town doc. He does not presribe any type of pain meds even if u have documented chronic pain. I personally have had scheduled appointments and sat for the longest an 1hr. and 20min. While he is friendly and well spoken. I can't say the same 4 the office staff. It is their job to remind and make sure things are organized. Well not once have i recived a reminder call or a reminder to come in 2 have blood work done. But e...
