Refused to provide proof of an appointment. I had been taking my son there for a year they told me I was up on all my payments that my insurance covered everything and I was called a year later saying I was sent to collections cause I didn't pay a bill that my insurance 100% would have covered but they never submitted it and lied about me being up to date told me it was my own problem and laughed about it and hung up and wouldn't call back or fix their mistake.
