I've had 3 procedures with Dr Baikovitz and always found him professional. The problem is is support staff. I called Wednesday to speak with his medical assistant and immediately put on hold. 20 minutes later I hung up and called back and got after hours. She put me on hold and went home? Left a detailed message what happened my name and phone and why I called, never got a call back. Today Friday same thing, she answers on the first ring, ask my question and get put on hold for 20 minutes???
