Excellent from the very beginning
I can't say enough about Mrs Brenda and Dr. Horsley. I finally felt like I had two people who was really interested in finding out the problem with my feet. They will work with you, stay late for you and you never feel rushed. Thank God for good people like them who really cares.

Problem resolved,explanation complete and future care scheduled
Very pprofessional, great clarity of explanation, no wasted Staff very efficient and doctor very much engaged in my health issue. I was comfortable and there was no wastedtime on site.
This was my first visit and I have decided to make this a permanent relationship. I feel totally informed regarding signs to look for which might impact my future health. I feel like my foot health is in the best hands possible. As a senior I have been blessed with a caring, Well informed and passionate doctor. I will refer all my friends and acquaintances.

My experience was awesome! Dr. Horsley was very informative about what was going on with my feet. He was willing to explain the foot and the issues and why the issues are occurring. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain in depth.

My experience with Dr. Horsley was reassuring.
He was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to explain what was wrong with my foot in detail, even showing me a model of a human foot. He discussed how he planned to heal my foot, to get me to the road to recovery.

My first time visit to a podiatrist and the experience was pleasant and popositive
Dr Neil Horsley and his staff are very kind and make their patients feel comfortable and treated with dignity and respect. Dr Horsley takes the time to explain what is going on and educate his patients. I had a very good experience and will absolutely recommend this practice to others.

I am truly overly satisfied with the genuine care of Dr.Neil and Staff
Dr. Neil was very welcoming, understanding and genuine with his treatment and approach. He is a great listener and adapted to my needs when he saw I was nervous about needles. Very personable and very knowledgeable of his craft and I feel thankful and truly cared for. His staff Ms. Brenda is truly on top of making sure the doctor and you have what is needed. She truly has a genuine care for making sure everything flows for the doctor and patient. I will return again!!

Very pleasant, personable, and informative regarding my foot health
I was very satisfied with Dr. Horsley's in office evalutation exam, explanation of everything he was doing and the current health of my feet versus what it should, and recommendations for next steps to determine appropriate treatment. I didn't feel rushed and he answered all my questions thoroughly. I left confident I could return for further assessments.

He was very informative!
Dr. Horsley was very attentive. I really appreciated the way he put his explanations in terms that I could understand. After one visit I am feeling that I might actually be on the road to recovery from this one issue that I have struggled with over the past year. We got in and my mom had to sign some papers. Then they checked my blood pressure and weight. I went into the room and waited for the doctor. He came shortly. He gave a great explanation and put athletic tape on my foot.
Dr. Horsley was very kind. He talked with us for a little bit and then look at my foot. After that told us what was wrong and put athletic tape on my foot.

It was great!
Dr. Horsley explained that my pain comes from tightness in my calf muscles, which causes a problem with my bone in my foot. He also created a device for my foot, which has caused relief to the pressure point.
