I have been or was a patient of Dr Balogs for two year's, I called in for my monthly appointment and the receptionist told me I was fired, I was shocked, I had no clue? I just seen Dr Balog the month before? I asked why? The office had no idea, and they would not let me talk to the Dr, they said I could not call or come in, the only thing I could think of is that I had been getting my prescriptions earlier lately I've had so much trouble and pain because of a psoriasis med I was on, I talked to him about it. He said just stick with it we'll adjust your pain meds, my mind and judgment has been foggy apparently my family also said, I thought we had a loyal Dr Patient relationship, isn't there a code of ethics to physician and Patient they have to go by, my letter for termination and medical release forms just got to me after a month and a half time, now I have less than a week to find another Doctor, I am so depressed! we are only human, we're not perfect we deserve a second chance or at least be able to tell our side of the situation, but they won't even look at you again!
