The wait time is totally unacceptable. Every visit is at least a 2-3 hour behind scheduled visit. When I ask questions to staff as to the delay they treat you as if they are doing you a favor by seeing you. When you have Cancer life is to short to spend hours in a waiting room for routine follow up appointment.
