I have never had a doctor tell me that he has to charge a fee so he can make a living. When I had to leave an apt due to his running late (after being on what sounded like a personal call, when I had said in advance that we must be on time to get to another apt. 2 hrs. away) he told me that I was threatening his lively hood when I said we would not be able to come back for a month.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
