I have been a patient of Dr. Barnett's beginning when he came to Emporia and now in Topeka....about 30 years. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor. His "bed side manner" is the best. He takes the time to make you feel as if you were his only patient, but he is not too proud to send you to a specialist if he feels you need one.
