Good medical care to me means: *the dr. is knowledgeable and up to date on current health issues. *is willing to admit when they've made a mistake *will follow through on ALL things they've said. *will contact patients after emergency treatments, to insure on going medical needs are being met. *strictly confidential - doesn't share information - even with office staff who are not associated with your medical care (for example, sharing information with the office bookkeeper should NOT happen...

condescending, egotistical, arrogant. Does not follow through. Writes information in files which is not true. Fake - pretends to act nice/polite when your're in her office, but doesn't remember you from one visit to the next.
