Not very good at his job. Never on time, always in a hurry and likes to say "I'm Sorry" it won't happen again. Could not diagnosis Cellulitis from Neuropathy, because he never took the time to ask questions or tests. He just took it for granted that the patient had Diabetes so that was the answer. Doctors and nurses in the Hospital could not believe this was going on for over a year without being recongnized. He draws blood just cutting toe nails, again always in a hurry.
