Dr. Beck was very personable and explained things in a way that was concise and easy to understand. I felt that he was very thorough. Front office staff was friendly and courteous, despite being very busy. Also, wait times are normally short, 10-20 minutes, unlike most doctors' offices. Nurses were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have been very pleased with the level of care I have received.
