This doctor had terrible bedside manners. Did not introduce herself, did not shake hands. She definitely looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. Her profile says she was an accountant. Maybe she should have stayed in that profession. Fortunately, the neighborhood I live in has plenty of other ophthalmologists from which to choose. If she was knowledgeable, she didn't express it.
